You should not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has been registered. Domainmv.com cannot guarantee that your domain name will be registered. After registration, it is your responsibility to ensure your domain name does not lapse and is timely renewed and Domainmv.com is not responsible for any lapse or any damages caused by any lapse. Domainmv.com will make commercially reasonable efforts to renew any domain names that are set to auto-renew. The Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to pay all fees in full, and failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of rights to said Domain Name. "Notwithstanding the foregoing, any such renewal is your responsibility and Domainmv.com shall have no liability for the failure of any such renewal or auto renewal, any related domain expiration or the registration of any expired domain by a third-party."
The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; ICANN in the case of .COM/NET/ORG and Nominet in the case of domain names ending with .UK, .US you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. Any administration charge paid by you to Domainmv.com shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name.
All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Through Domainmv.com.’s Service, you may have access to chat areas, bulletin boards, web pages, email, or other services that enable you to send or post materials (“content”) and make that content available to others. You must not submit, publish, or display on the Network any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, infringing, or threatening content. In addition, you may not submit, publish, or display any content that violates any US Federal, State, or Local law. All files stored in Domainmv.com's servers must be legally owned and be accompanied with a valid license and/or copyright. This includes and is not limited to JPG, JPEG, PNG, ZIP, RAR, MP3, AVI, MID, MIDI, MPG, MPEG, MOV, EXE, and ISO. Should Domainmv.com discover any unlicensed and/or illegal files within client’s account, the files will be subjected to deletion.
According to terms and conditions of this Agreement and our other policies, we shall use commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to provide this Domainmv.com and the Services on a 24/7 work basis. You shoul agree that from time to time Domainmv.com and other subdomain websites may be inaccessible for any reason including, but not limited to, equipment malfunctions; maintenance, repairs that we undertake from time to time; or causes beyond our reasonable control or that are not reasonably predictable including, but not limited to, interruption or failure of telecommunication or transmission links, global network issues, network attacks, network traffic or other failures.You should agree that we have no control over the availability of this Web site or the Service on a uninterrupted basis, and that we assume no liability to you or any other party with regard. But as a valuble company, everytime we are trying to give good service.
Customer agrees that disk usage and bandwidth shall not exceed the limit set out per month for the type of service package ordered by the customer. Domainmv.com will closely monitor bandwidth and disk usage and shall have the right to take corrective action if customer’s bandwidth or disk usage exceeds the agreed limit Such corrective action may include the discontinuance of any and all hosting services, or termination of this agreement, such actions may be taken is in Domainmv.com’ sole and absolute discretion.
In the event Domainmv.com takes any corrective action, the client shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action. Bandwidth usage is based on a calendar month and will reset on the 1st of each month, regardless of the customers billing cycle date. By default all client accounts are 'hard-locked' at their plan limits which will mean temporarily suspension since Domainmv.com does not offer additional bandwidth. Should the client decide to require greater bandwidth and disk space, we offer hosting upgrades as the most viable option available.
Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, with or without any reasons, subject to the following:
You understand and agree that Domainmv.com does not provide any refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, in connection with cancellations, pursuant to Clause G below. No more charges shall be billed to the account upon cancellation. However, cancellations made on or after the renewal date shall be subject to renewal fees.
Should you decide to terminate your receipt of the services prior to the end of the initial term agreement, or before renewal, whichever is applicable, Domainmv.com will offer to refund full money back guarantee within the first 7 days of service, excluding domain registration. However, should you decide to terminate after the first 7-day period, Domainmv.com will no longer refund any fees paid in advance. Furthermore, you will be required to pay 100% of the standard monthly charge for each of the remaining month in the term, unless if otherwise expressly provided in this agreement. Refunds do NOT apply to domain registration, dedicated servers, dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates or domain registration related fees.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Domainmv.com services; or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission or any failure of performance, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Domainmv.com records, programs or services. Customer hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content on Domainmv.com servers.
The clients assures Domainmv.com that the information provided, and will be provided to Domainmv.com for purposes of establishing and maintaining the service is accurate.
Domainmv.com Services are available for purchase only for those over the age of 18. Domainmv.com Services are not targeted to, intended to be consumed by or designed to entice individuals under the age of 18. If you know of or have reason to believe anyone under the age of 18 has provided us with any personal data, please contact us.
Domainmv.com don't do any operations in few more countries according to our restrictions. Domainmv.com will notify you by e-mail of any notices that Domainmv.com is required to provide to you under this Agreement, at the most current e-mail address you have provided to Domainmv.com. By entering this Agreement, you consent to receive notices by e-mail. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Domainmv.com has your most current e-mail address, and Domainmv.com shall not be responsible for any lost, misdirected, bounced, forwarded, or undeliverable e-mail that Domainmv.com sends to the most current email address you have provided to Domainmv.com.
